0.2.0.0 Patch notes

please note that 0.2.0.0 is highly experimental 

• Level 2 added
• Abort command issue fixed
• Abort commnad changed and does no longer require the ab.net prefix
• bridge command added to level 2
• password entry added to level 2
• dev cheats added (you need a password for these)
• music tracks updated (still need a cheat to play)
• speed cheat updated to use ctr+s to activate speed cheat (sets text scroll speed to 0 (time is in ms per character))
• 2nd music track added
• minor bug fixes
• version number corrected
